FMH Cloth – Refund and Exchange Policy

• Thrift Condition: We sell curated, pre-loved thrift apparel. Minor signs of normal wear are expected.

• Exchange Rule: We only accept exchanges if an item arrives with a significant, undisclosed defect (such as a tear or major stain). We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, fit preferences, or change of mind.

• Timeframe: You must report any undisclosed defects to us within 1 days of receiving your order.

• Process: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Approved returns must be unwashed and unworn.
