1. Exchange Period

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

2. Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Original tags and packaging should be retained.

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not qualify.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or a video of the product.
